Amavir, a company in the Maisons de Famille group

The security of belonging to a big family

The trust instilled by a large group

Amavir is part of the Maisons de Famille group, which was established in France in 2003 as a subsidiary of Creadev, a company in the Mulliez Family Association, which has over 150 companies (including Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, and Norauto, among others) in 50 countries.

Maisons de Famille currently has locations in France, Italy, Germany, and Spain, and is one of the main providers in Europe with a total of 192 nursing homes, 18,492 beds, and 11,562 employees.

In Spain, it became a shareholder of Adavir in 2013 and acquired Amma in 2016, beginning the integration of the two companies that same year, which resulted in the birth of Amavir in 2017.

The support of the Maisons de Famille group offers the company great stability and prospects for the future. This is why Amavir has been one of the most highly valued companies in the nursing home industry in recent years.
